Digital book refund policy
We want buyers to receive the book and format they selected, while respecting mandatory consumer protections for digital content.

Before purchase
Use the free three-chapter PDF sample and review the EPUB/PDF description before paying. The selected format is shown in the cart, checkout, and order record.
Change-of-mind requests
Digital content can be supplied immediately. If you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge the effect on withdrawal rights, a statutory change-of-mind right may end once downloading or streaming begins. The exact rule depends on the law that applies to you; mandatory rights are never removed by this policy.
Defective, missing, or incorrect files
If access is missing, the wrong format was recorded, the file is corrupt, or the book materially differs from its description, contact support promptly. We will investigate the immutable order and file version, then provide a correction, replacement, or refund when required or appropriate.
Duplicate charges and unauthorized payments
Do not submit a second payment when a return page is delayed. Send the order or provider reference to support. Confirmed duplicate charges are refunded. Report suspected unauthorized use to your payment provider and to us immediately.
How to request help
Use account support when signed in, or the contact page. Include the order number, purchase email, provider, requested resolution, and a description of the problem. Never send full card details.
Refund effects
When a refund or payment reversal is completed, access to the related digital content may be revoked. Transactional and accounting records may be retained as required for legal, tax, security, and dispute purposes.
