Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials private, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. A purchase is attached to the account that starts checkout. Do not share, resell, automate access to, or attempt to bypass another person's account or entitlement.

Digital book orders

Before payment you choose EPUB or PDF. The displayed currency, price, discount, tax treatment, title status, and file availability are checked again by the server. An order is accepted only after Stripe confirms payment and the order is recorded. If a payment succeeds but delivery is delayed, do not pay twice—use order history or support.

Licence

A completed purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and download the purchased format. Copyright and all other rights remain with the author or publisher. Republishing, uploading, redistributing, selling, or removing rights information is prohibited except where applicable law permits otherwise.

Digital delivery and compatibility

Delivery is through the signed-in library and transactional email. EPUB support varies by reading app and device; PDF support varies by viewer and print settings. The public sample and format description should be reviewed before purchase. Contact support if the delivered file is defective or materially different from the description.

Immediate performance

When you expressly request immediate delivery during checkout, access may begin before any statutory withdrawal period ends. Where applicable law allows, you acknowledge that beginning the download or digital access can end the withdrawal right. Mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty or non-conforming digital content, are not excluded.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, scrape at harmful volume, reverse engineer security controls, upload malware, infringe rights, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict abusive access while preserving valid order and consumer-law obligations.

Payments, refunds, and disputes

Stripe processes new purchases under its own service terms. PayPal continues to process historical transactions, including pending payment verification, refunds, and disputes, under its separate service terms. Refund eligibility is described in the refund policy. Chargebacks, refunds, or confirmed fraud may revoke the related digital entitlement where permitted by law.

Affiliate and referral program

Commercial affiliates and customer referrers are separate programs. Participants must use truthful claims, clearly disclose their relationship, avoid spam and prohibited traffic, and complete any required payout and tax onboarding before earning links are activated. Self-referrals, duplicate or manipulated attribution, cookie tampering, refunded orders, disputes, and chargebacks do not create a valid reward or commission. Commission and reward rules are locked to the paid order and may be reversed with the related payment.

Public podcast and live video

Podcast audio and transcripts are provided for personal listening and reading. Live video is delivered by the identified external provider and may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or subject to that provider's terms. Do not copy, rebroadcast, or commercially redistribute podcast or live content without permission.

Liability and governing rules

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any governing-law or forum rule is subject to mandatory protections available where the customer lives.
